“Pedagogy” is derived from two words, the word “paidi” (child) and the word “agogus” (leader of). Thus, it literally describes the art and science of teaching children. The roots of pedagogy can be traced back to 7th century Europe when organized education was introduced to monastic schools. Today, pedagogy and andragogy have been enriched with various theories and approaches, with the aim of better teaching all individuals as equal members. Here, at e-papers, through our multi-year experience and our dedicated to education collaborators, we are able to guarantee the academic and pedagogical value of our paper revision in the fields of foreign language teaching, mathematical education, teaching strategies, special education and learning difficulties, as well as in andragogy in areas such as adult education, vocational education and teacher training.
